Bump Lounge Mums Indulgence offers todays busy mums the opportunity to take a couple of hours out of their week (month, year.....) to relax and unwind in a comfortable, hotel environment and be looked after by a team of local professionals.

The session starts with a welcome drink and nibbles on the soft couches in the lounge, a chance to meet other mums and perhaps even a quick glance through some magazines.  The morning or afternoon continues with a Pilates session, an introduction of simple breathing techniques and soft stretches to focus your mind on your body and allowing you to take some time to concentrate on you and your well being.

Most importantly Mums Indulgence provides you with the luxury of having a 30 minute pamper treatment that you can pre-book from a list that includes manicure, pedicure, reflexology, head massage. Just imagine 30 minutes of you doing nothing but sitting back and allowing someone to look after you.  Bliss!
